HYVE facilitates project-based engagements between Clients and Freelancers/Teams through a milestone-based system.

All payments on HYVE are processed via a system referred to as “HYVE Secured Payments”, where funds are collected from Clients and temporarily held by HYVE until milestone approval.

2.1 Before Milestone Funding

  1. Clients may cancel a project freely before funding any milestone.

  2. No charges apply.

  1. Clients may request cancellation.

  2. Refunds may be processed after deducting:

    • Payment gateway fees

    • Refund the remaining balance to the Client

HYVE uses third-party payment service providers (such as Cashfree Payments) to process transactions.


  1. HYVE’s commission charges are non-refundable once the transaction is completed.

  2. GST and payment gateway charges are also non-refundable.
